NO ISOLATION APP for ROBOT
 

Meet AV1, the first version of a robot avatar, it helps children

in hospice feel less isolated.

 

Connecting through an iOS device—the avatar becomes the child's eyes, ears, and voice. AV1 has unlimited 4G and a big battery so it can be brought everywhere.

 

But how should the app be made so that it is easy-to-use for small children yet cool enough for teenagers? And what functionality needs to be in the first release?

 

That was my task to solve, as the UI and UX designer on the project.

 

WORK DONE:

· Designed the low-fidelity wireframes and click-through prototypes with a focus on user experience.

· Developed the brand and visual style that fits with the age group (6 to 19-year-olds).

‚ Created the icon design.

· Designed and handed off the specs to the developers.
